Question about his sleeping location

So we got Oreo yesterday and he’s decided to make his home on the shelf behind inthe corner of where his wheel is. Don’t know what to do when it will be time to spot clean or anything else.

It looks like he's chosen the darkest area I wouldn't worry about the spot cleaning just yet - it's usually best to leave them to settle in for a week or two. If you can't smell anything then don't worry. He seems to have plenty of bedding in there. When it does come time to spot clean you might have to lift one of the platforms out (the one next to the wheel) and feel around under the bedding under the other platform.

Or he might decide to use his sand bath as a toilet which would be helpful
