She's so active and adorable! Looks so happy and curious. Her mission to get out of the box!Just in time for Oaky's photo win, a new video of her doing everything she can to escape whatever space she is currently in- this time a cardboard box playpen.
Ack! How did that happen? Fixing it now. She's so active and adorable! Looks so happy and curious. Her mission to get out of the box!

Oh yes! Even in the bedroom, once she's gone all the way around, she'll find her way into some place.Like a little nook under the bed that I can't easily get her out of or a little tiny hollow underneath a nightstand. Originally, I didn't mind this until I could hear her chewing away at something underneath, which really?Only minimally bothered me except that she wouldn't come out for so long and I was like, "Oaky, it's time to go back to your enclosure!" So I sealed those spots off just to not drive myself crazy while i'm letting her explore a larger room. But she can definitely shred some material when she wants to, and lock in on something like a crazy girl.I have had three female syrians as an adult and they have all been very lively! Kashi (brown short haired with white paws) loved to shred cardboard that I wove in and out of her barney cage bars. She once escaped and was discovered behind the fridge with an impressive stash of food.
Harvest (cream banded short haired with deep red eyes) lived in a 5 foot by 2 foot rabbit hutch and spent hours gnawing at the wood so that she could have her freedom. I have to put mesh over it in the end.
Sound like Oaky is really settled with you and is still keeping you on your toes!
