Moka!

The Mixerama mix is from Germany but now also sold in the uk by Hope's Healthy treats. The problem with buying it direct from Mixerama in Germany is the cost of the shipping! The food wasn't that expensive, but with shipping it was about 38 euros every time! So I'm very glad it's now available in the Uk (tip from @Yorkie)

Both links are the same mix

I'll have a look, as it's better for me to buy within the EU! :ROFLMAO:

I’d like to take this opportunity to ask for your opinion. Once again, I’ve been told that dried (dead) worms provide almost no protein and should only be given as a treat, as their shells are indigestible for hammys; if worms are to be given, they must be alive...

Well most people feed dried or freeze dried ones. They increase calories as they're quite fatty. I'm sure they provide some protein as well. If using live ones you need to break the heads of first or they can bite the hamster. (Eek ugh). I don't even like the dried ones ha ha. They put dried ones in Hamster mixes and commercial companies are bound by laws when calculating nutritional quantities so I'm sure the dried ones do have some protein benefits. Mainly protein and calories.
