Missing forage box

I mentioned a while back that I had ordered a forage box from Hope's Healthy Treats for Higgins birthday. That was a month ago and it still hasn't arrived! Unfortunately this has happened to me before! Now I also get the Mixerama food from there and that seems to arrive ok.
