I relaunched my website thehamingway.com the other day and I would love it if you guys checked it out. It's mainly a hamster resource website that aims to help educate people as well as give them the tools necessary to help their hamster care journey.
Our revamped tools are the following:
1. Hamster Enclosure Database - A database of known hamster enclosures that allows you to filter enclosures through certain criteria (length, floorspace, etc) as well as give you a rough visualization of how big the enclosure will be compared to an average Syrian or Dwarf hamster.
2. Compare Hamster Enclosures - A tool that allows you to compare various hamster enclosures.
3. Bedding calculator - A tool that allows you to calculate how much bedding you need and visualize it in an enclosure.
4. Food Mix Database - A database of known hamster food mixes. It allows you to filter by ingredient types (You can choose to include ingredients or exclude them).
5. Food Mix Calculator - A tool that helps you calculate the macronutrients of a given food mix. You can choose from our ingredients and food mix database or add your own.
6. Hamster Standards From Around the World - an interactive map and list that gives you an idea of what hamster standards (cage sizes for now) are in different countries
7. Various guides and recommended resources!
