How to get hamster to use new wheel.

I got Ham and new wheel. Any suggestions on how to get him to use it?

I left a little bit of her muesli or fresh veg in it to encourage her in. I also always put her back in the wheel after handling, which sort of forced her to take a few steps. My Rosie took about 4 weeks before she worked out how to use it properly.

Taking a bit of used bedding and wiping it on the wheel might help make it familiar
