I just got some buckwheat flour to make some boredom breakers for Mr Maggie…

I made a paste and then dipped a lotus head and some sticks in the paste before rolling in his seed mix and some flower forrage.

Thing is I forgot to freeze the flour before using it! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Can I just freeze the made up bits then thaw and leave to dry before putting them in for him?

They aren’t dry yet… not sure if that will matter if freezing?

Wow! So impressive you made this! X
It looks way more impressive than it is…! It’s literally just a lotus head dipped in a paste of flour and water then in some seeds 😆

The Flower forage smells amazing though- it’s from burrow and bloom. ❤️

He doesn’t tend to eat these bits from his mix when they are in his bowl so I’m hoping that the challenge of getting them off the lotus head will encourage him to eat them… and give him plenty to do. 🤞🏻

It does look amazing :-) I wouldn't bother with freezing the flour to be honest - I don't usually with flour :-)

Fab. Thanks Maz!

Realised I tell a lie re the flower forage- it’s actually from hopes healthy treats and is the ‘seaside’ one. Smells absolutely delicious!

So apparently if it’s stuck onto something it’s tastier…!

(I used the bits from his seed mix that he always leaves behind in his bowl and he’s away with most of it overnight)

It's really beautiful :-) I bet he loves it. Which is the Hopes Healthy treat one - could you link it please? :-)

This is the flower forage I have. It’s very pretty and smells amazing!
