Hamster wheel

When looking at the hamster's camera I've noticed that ham solo slips off his wheel. I have put some sticky backed Cork to stop this from happening but still happens. Is this normal?

A while ago Pete had the same problem we investigated and found his wheel was slightly out of kilter not enough for us to notice just looking at it but on closer inspection it needed adjusting from the back to level it up its fine now
