Yes that's a good level of protein. It looks like it contains insects or crickets so it might depend if the hamster actually eats the insects as to whether they get enough protein.

To me, some of the Mixerama foods are complete. I would buy them if I did not have an allergy to sesame. :)
 
The protein in this one is a bit lower but it’s a better mix.


The cost of delivery from Mixerama is probably too high for most people now though, even if you buy a few bags & keep it in the frerzer it works out very expensive.

I looked this one up its 6E delivery and one bag would last ages but it was the fact that I couldn't read anything on the package that put me off. I'm going to ring around tomorrow to see if I can find a stockist of Little One I'm not overly concerned about the protein level in it as he gets so many treats as a top up and never refuses them. If I can't source it locally I will give in to the internet ordering again thank you to everyone for the information at least I won't be buying what sounds poor quality from P@H
