Hellooo, so sorry for not active in a long time.
I will have a new hamster in the next week, still preparing his cage since Tako chewed the cage corner floor and made a hole on there. There are a lot update ongoing for the enclosure, i dont know if i should made a new post or continue this one. Will introduce him later to this forum and maybe will try to make a youtube video for him, see ya on the next update

im so sorry to make you did it, Maz

The breeder said he is a sable roan variety. His head is black and the below the gradation between black and white.

hopefully, you will meet sable soon. Poppy bee hamstery seems have it i think, i saw a sable before in there.

I don't mind what colour they are really I have just never had a sable. In the Uk I've only ever seen them as rescues (former pet shop hamsters) but not in my area.

Today Dumbo still explores his cage and try to adapt with his current enclosure, it seems he tends to not burrow under his enclosure. He doesn't use his hideout to sleep, but he choose litter box as his sleeping chamber and made a nest in there

For awhile he love all fod have been given to him, like tofu, wallnut and flaxseed.

Im attempt to rotate the seedmix to relieve his boredom.

He's gorgeous - such a sweet little face Maybe he thinks he's not old enough to burrow yet And he maybe wants to sleep near his toilet! Do you have a multiroom house or other large house? Eg a cardboard shoebox house. I usually find if there is a large house that's dark inside, with a corner litter tray inside it - they move in. But then hamsters vary!

I used multichamber, its 25 x 20 x 15 cm. But i dont know why, maybe because i put some of his old bedding from the breeder into his toilet, i just pick up some of old bedding which is have a pee smell and put it into the toilet however its now became a nest . Ahhh, i dont have litter tray inside of the chamber, we dont have such an item here. So i put the toilet in the corner near his multichamber.
