Thankyou @Maz . In my experience, it doesn’t matter how small the pet, they still leave a big hole, and paw prints on your heart When you have cared for and tended something with love, it’s difficult to say goodbye. So often, our western society just rushes on too quickly without taking the proper time to acknowledge and mourn a loss, which only stores up problems for later. I’ve found it so helpful to create the time and space to honour the pets I have lost in recent years, even tho it seems hard at the time
