I'm sure we've all seen the cookie pop ups on various sites. This site only uses functional cookies (ie the ones that allow the site to work for you). There is an option to either have a link about cookies at the bottom of the page, or display a cookie banner. The cookie banner is easier and self-explanatory, so if you see it next time you log in that's why. It's only really the first time you ever use the site (or the first time since the banner was set). Unless you clear your cookies on your device at some point then it will pop again for acceptance. So the option is to accept cookies or to click on "Learn More" which explains which cookies are used by the site.
