Tomorrow morning :-) How strange to have the clocks change on Easter Sunday! In the past we used to change them on Saturday night before going to bed but this got confusing when some gadgets automatically changed them as well and then they'd go forwards two hours! A lot of gadgets do it automatically now anyway, but I now do it when I get up on the Sunday morning as find it less confusing :)

We do not have any clocks and luckily our phones will change automatically. I read about a man who has 90 clocks and said it will take him all day to change those. 😱

He must be a clock collector :ROFLMAO:. We have three that need manually changing - and the car. One often gets missed. Phones do it automatically, computers usually do but I did have one do it wrong once!

Can't remember if the central heating clock needs doing manually .............

I always do mine on Saturday night so I know what time it actually is when I wake up on Sunday morning, otherwise it’s a bit confusing! Actually, I changed the one next to my bed this morning when I got up so I wouldn’t forget lol 😝 Most change automatically anyway. The boiler is usually the one I forget 🙄

Thanks for the boiler reminder. We had some new display screen thingy forced on us when the clock on the boiler packed up last year. I suppose it will mean trying to understand the instruction manual again.

Yes! Changing the clock on things like the boiler/car/cooker always seems to be way more complicated than it really should be!

I have never set the clock on our microwave for that reason!

Let's see what the hamsters make of the clock change

Hamster Time clocks change.webp

Actually, the clock on a microwave uses up quite a bit of electricity, so I always turn mine off at the wall!

I wish they would just leave the clocks unchanged.

Oh so do I! Just change them now and leave it on British summer time. It's awful in winter when it suddenly gets darker and I much prefer the more natural feel of things gradually getting lighter or darker. It's messing with nature! And my biorhythms! Always takes me ages to adjust.

So, having been talking about clocks going forward and boilers etc, I have changed the clock on my boiler before going to bed! Probably the first time I haven't forgotten the clock on the boiler lol 😆

When you said that I very nearly did our central heating clock last night- but it’s a good job I didn’t as it changed automatically!

It’s always helpful when they change automatically!

It's quite a new clock as the old one packed up last year. But I wonder if it would have moved forwards two hours if I'd done it manually last night :ROFLMAO: Anyway I know for the future now.

Still haven't worked out how to do the clock on the car but I'm sure we must have done it in October.
