Can hamsters eat baked treats with pure potato starch?

I am making hamster treats with flour and zi was wondering if potato starch is safe for them?

I think if it's just potato flour it's fine. Or is it just starch extracted from potato flour? If baking though, you can just use standard wheat flour or other flours.

I don’t know but all the ingredients say is potato starch
