Bright star tonight

There's a very bright star in the sky tonight - apparently it's Venus.

Too many clouds here too see anything

It's cloudy here now as well but it was extremely bright at around 5pm and just below cloud level.

I always think it’s awesome when we can see planets

It was really bright. Looked quite magical and Christmassy. I thought at first it was a double star - we've seen that before - two planets very close together.

It was visible again tonight about 5pm - very bright. Southwards and high up.
