Just wondering if kaytee clean and cozy is similar to carefresh confetti. As the carefresh is easier to get

They are similar but different 
Personally I find Carefresh a bit more dusty - it can have a very fine dust. Plenty of people use it though. Carefresh is made from wood pulp. Kaytee Clean and Cosy doesn't say but I think it is also wood pulp and not just paper - but slightly better quality IMO.

I have used both. I would say they are similar-ish, but I would say that Kaytee is the softer and cosier of the two, so that’s the one I use as Blossom’s main bedding.
