Seen these at work and wondered if they are okay for my hamsters.

Yes they seem fine :) I'll see what @Daisy thinks about the additives (antioxidants) but they seem fine to me.
 
They look okay. The antioxidants seem to be a form of Vitamin E so would be safe, especially in those very small quantities.
